Meeting 1 of 4

I am pleased to add a new community working group this year that will focus on taking care of your heart. It is planned for two evenings in 2018 and two evenings in 2019. We will explore current research blended with spiritual and shamanic work while looking at the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of having a healthy heart. This working group is open for your own work with a special emphasis for people who have family histories of heart disease.
